I am so excited to share the Justin and Camille’s wedding! Their special day took place at the beautiful Bear Creek Golf Club wedding venue, here in Grande Prairie. Leading up to their wedding, there was some uncertainty regarding the Covid restrictions. From the very start, Justin and Camille made it very clear that no matter what, they wanted to get married, but celebrating with their friends and family was very important to them, even if it meant celebrating later. As we came closer and closer to their wedding date, we received the good news through the provincial announcements that their wedding could happen with no restrictions – I was instantly so incredibly happy Justin and Camille were going to have the wedding of their dreams in just a few weeks from that point!
Although rain was in the forecast on their wedding day, that didn’t stop Justin and Camille from having their ceremony and portraits captured outside. Whether they got married inside or outside, we were going to make their dreamy Kleskun Hills photos happen no matter what, with or without our clear umbrellas. As photographers, we loved that the chance of rain didn’t hinder them from getting beautiful photos outside, because from our experience, outdoor photos on any couple’s wedding, regardless of the weather is 100% worth it. Sandy hills with light golden grass filled the backdrop in their portraits, while the overcast skies added a light feel to their photos at Kleskun Hills. We loved it all!
When we walked into their reception venue, I am pretty sure we were in photographer heaven. There was beautiful custom made signage made by Camille’s sister in-law, forals filled the head table and adorable centerpieces on each table! The light colors with mauve hues brought a very romantic feel to their wedding day. The best part? The cookies from CC’s Cakery and Cookies were ADORABLE and the perfect gift for guests to eat during the wedding or take home!
Justin and Camille, thank you for trusting us to capture your wedding memories! We absolutely loved photographing every part of your very special day that you’ve been dreaming up for so long.
